Wait Conditions Tab

This Closedtab contains routing options for Laserfiche Routing activities. It enables you to specify wait conditions that must be satisfied before the entry will proceed to the workflow's next activity.

If you do not assign wait conditions, the workflow will proceed to the next activity immediately after moving the entry, copying the entry, or creating a shortcut to the entry.

To open the Wait Conditions tab

  1. Add a Laserfiche Routing activity to your Workflow Definition by dragging it from the Toolbox Pane and dropping it in the Designer Pane.
  2. Select the activity in the Designer Pane.
  3. Under Routing Options in the Properties Pane, click any of the icons to open the Routing Activity Options dialog box.
  4. Select the Wait Conditions tab.

To configure the Wait Conditions tab

  1. Click No condition set. Click here to create one.
  2. Conditions are assigned through a series of nested menu options that start broad and become more specific. Click any underlined text for more options. You can create as many conditions as you want by clicking Add condition. To organize conditions into groups, click Add group. More info.
